Day 3 & Day 4 Meals

Day 3 - I had left over Fajita chicken for lunch, just didn't take a pic since I already had one.

Day 4 - The  hubby took me out to dinner, since we had a night alone. I ate a 6oz. Sirloin, Salad, & small side of green beans. Today has been especially rough since the hubby bought candy bars first thing this morning, a guy at work brought fresh/hot donuts, and a school fundraiser with candy came by and I can't resist purchasing fundraiser candy. I surprisingly, even to myself, have not ate any of it. Gave all the fundraiser candy to Shan so I wouldn't be tempted. Oh, and icecream sounds especially tummy tonight, but yet again I am staying away from it so I won't be tempted. have decided that at 15lbs. lost, I will treat myself to a piece of cheesecake, my favorite, as a reward. Gives me more determination to reach that goal faster :)

No weight update today either. Decided not to weigh again until Monday morning, that will give me a full 7 days with clean/healthy eating.

Weight update...

Well I weighed this morning, for kicks & giggles, and much to my surprise I have lost 4 lbs in just 2 days of eating healthier. Reminding you I have not incorporated exercise into my routine yet.

Day 1

Today I started my "photo everything I eat", so here are the days meals & some kale chips I made tonight for snacks. I have spinach chips in the oven as I type. YUMMM!!!!





Here we go again!

So for anyone that knows me, knows that I have been struggling with my weight and exercise is NOT something I like to do, especially alone. I don't have any friends here to workout with, so I must do it alone. I had been on a pretty good regime in the fall and had seen about a 20lb loss, but when winter got here I quit exercising and gained the weight back. Now that the weather is getting nice again, I am making it a priority to get back with it. Another issue I have is eating... Man, I LOVE to eat!!! Sweets & pasta being my most desired things. Back in August of 2011 I was introduced to Herbalife shakes, they are amazing. They feed my desire to eat sweets, because there are soo many different flavors you can create, but I still lack the control to not eat what my family is eating or snacking on when no one is watching. About a week ago I found a forum of another person, who had taken pictures of things she eats, and that got me to thinking... What if I started taking pictures of EVERYTHING I eat... Not only will it make me double think about what I am eating but then it also makes me accountable for the things I am eating. So, I decided this is a good idea and will be posting here with my daily meals, snacks, drinks (minus water). Along with this I am forcing myself to exercise everyday for at least 30 min.

I am starting this venture at 200.8 lbs, I have picture that I will post later & then I will be posting pictures every 10 lbs list.
